FY 2025-2026 Town Budget

The Budget Public Hearing and Budget Deliberations are complete. Next comes the Annual Town Budget Meeting on May 13th, 7:00 pm at Ellington High School and the Budget Referendum on May 27th, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Senior Center.
The Board of Selectmen held their 2025-2026 Budget Meeting on Monday, March 3rd. The proposed budget, both outlined and in detail, is available for review.
There were also budget hearings held for the Board of Education and BOS/Commission's (see part 2 of the video here) proposed budgets on March 12th and 13th, held before the Board of Finance.
The Board of Selectmen presented the proposed Capital Improvements Budget to the Board of Finance at the February 4th meeting, wrapping up the Capital Improvements Deliberations portion of the FY 2025-2026 budget process.
