Kristen Harp

March may be over, but we're not quite done with our Women's History spotlights! Up next is our Ellington Youth Services Director Kristen Harp, who began working for the Town in the summer of 2003. She has had the opportunity to grow across multiple departments and roles over the years. She began her career in education and later moved into youth services to better support the Ellington community by building on positive programming, emphasizing social-emotional learning, and promoting mental health and prevention in a space where young people, and their families, feel supported and can thrive.

Carolina Feliz

We continue our Women's History Month celebration with a spotlight on Carolina Feliz, Tax & Revenue Collector, who joined the Ellington team in December 2024.

Donna Hosey

Next up in our Women's History Month Spotlight Series is our Town Clerk, Donna Hosey. She began as a part-time Administrative Clerk in March of 2014, transitioning to full-time Assistant Town Clerk in the fall of 2016. She passed her Connecticut Certified Town Clerk exam in June of 2017 and has been our Town Clerk since January 2023. Rarely without a smile on her face, she is a delight to work with!

Rebecca Stack

As we continue celebrating Women’s History Month, we’re proud to highlight the compassionate and dedicated professionals who make Ellington a better place for everyone.
