Bazaars, Bingo and Raffles
Municipalities are responsible for the permitting and enforcement of all bingo games, bazaars, and raffles taking place in their town.

The Commissioner of Consumer Protection is the permit-issuing authority for sealed ticket activities.

Home Occupation
A permit is required to operate a home occupation. Please see this checklist for guidance, or contact the Planning Department for more information.
Liquor
Liquor permits that have been granted or renewed by the Department of Consumer Protection must be filed by the permit holder with the Town Clerk of the town where the place of business described in the permit is located. The filing fee for such a filing is $20.

Public Works
Application/Permit For Alterations within the Public Right-of-Way will be charged a fee of $35; all permits and fees are to be
submitted to the Building Department at 57 Main Street (Town Hall Annex).
