Connecticut Water Company Customer Advisory Council

In August of 2025, Connecticut Water discontinued the Customer Advisory Council. 

Connecticut Water continues to have local, regular contact with town leadership including mayors, first selectmen as well as public works and emergency services personnel. They are happy to arrange individual meetings about a particular community issue as they arise.
