Ellington Beautification Committee (Ad Hoc)
The Beautification Committee was established in March of 2017 for the purpose of enhancing the beauty of public access areas, thus promoting pride in the community. The Committee is responsible for the Town's Scarecrow Contest and Holiday Lighting Contest.
