Appointment of Rebecca Gritti, HR Director

Rebecca is a strategic HR executive with over fifteen years of experience leading workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. Her ability to efficiently handle situations with fairness, empathy, and professionalism makes her a perfect fit for the position.

Rebecca is SPHR-certified with expertise in building high-performance cultures and supporting a positive employee experience, with an MBA in HR Management from Western New England University.
