Food Pantry and Resources

The Ellington Human Services Food Pantry is located at the Human Services Department, 31 Arbor Way.  Food is distributed on a monthly basis.  You must be an Ellington resident and meet the income requirements in order to receive food from the Food Pantry.   For more information on signing up, contact Human Services at 860-870-3128.

Monetary donations and donations of non-expired, non-perishable food items are graciously accepted. The Food Pantry is open by appointment only and operates during Town business hours.   We also have an Amazon wish list here that will deliver your donation right to our door.

“Grandma’s Pantry” is a little food pantry available to anyone in need of food and is accessible any time of day. It is located near the parking lot in front of the Human Services Department at 31 Arbor Way.  Take what you need or give what you can.
