Personnel Policies
Personnel Rules and Regulations are prepared by the Board of Selectmen, pursuant to Chapter XI, Section 1104 of the Town of Ellington Town Charter. The contents of this handbook are the personnel policies and rules of the Town of Ellington and are applicable to all employees, provided not in direct conflict with any collective bargaining agreements or individual contracts. Although some employees may not be eligible for the benefits set forth in these policies, they will be expected to comply with the Town's rules and regulations regarding conduct while performing services for the Town.
