Scarecrow Contest Entry Form

1. Scarecrow setup will be on the Town Green beginning Friday, September 27;
2. I will submit up to three photos* to  to be eligible for online Fan Favorite voting, which will take place between 10/16-10/28, with other categories to be voted on by the Beautification Committee;
3. I acknowledge that if I do not remove my display by Sunday, November 3rd, it will be disposed of by the Town;
4. I give the Town of Ellington permission to utilize photos of my display.
