Ellington Airport Feasibility Study
Town Meeting action to accept and expend a $200,000 Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP) Grant for the design and construction of a Fire Training Area has been overruled by petition. A Special Board of Selectmen Meeting has been scheduled for September 13, 2010 to set a referendum date. Click here to view the agenda and letter from the Town Clerk.

Ellington Connection Fall 2010 Edition
Edna T. Edwards was selected to be inducted to the Ellington Wall of Honor. Mrs. Edwards made many outstanding contributions to the Town of Ellington. She served with distinction as the Town Clerk, Assistant Town Clerk and Town Treasurer. Mrs. Edwards was a lifelong member of the Ellington Congregational Church and active member of the Ellington Grange and Order of the Eastern Star. A formal induction ceremony will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at the site of the wall located in Arbor Park. The public is welcome to attend.
