BROOKSIDE PARK:
Brookside Park is located on Route 140 approximately 2 miles from the center of town. This facility has baseball, softball, soccer & football fields. We also have tennis courts, a safe structured playground, a volleyball court and a covered pavilion. Brookside Park Pavilion can be rented for small gatherings.

SANDY BEACH:
Sandy Beach is located on Crystal Lake on Route 140 in the northern end of town. Our beach offers swimming and sunbathing opportunities on hot summer days. The normal operating schedule for the beach is weekdays from 12 noon to 6:30 pm and on the weekends from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm. Ellington residents may purchase seasonal passes from the Recreation Department at a cost of $40.00 per family (Ellington Resident), $25.00 per single (Ellington Resident), $10.00 per senior citizen (Ellington Resident) or enter the beach on a daily basis.
Daily Fees: Ellington adult residents are $ 2.00, children 6 years and older are $ 1.00. Out of town guests are charged $ 5.00 per adult and $ 3.00 per child 6 years and older. All children 5 years and younger are free.
ARBOR PARK:
Arbor Park is located Main Street in the heart of town. Arbor park offers a safe area to walk. This year the Farmer's Market is held here in the park on Saturdays from 9am to 12:30 p.m.
ELLINGTON SCHOOLS:
The Recreation Department utilizes the Ellington Public Schools as often as we can for many of our programs. The schools offer use of gym space for such activities as basketball, volleyball, as well as other indoor programs. The schools also allow us space usage for softball and baseball fields during the season.
ARBOR COMMONS COMMUNITY ROOMS 1 & 2:
These rooms are located within our office complex. We use these rooms for meetings as well as small group programs.
