Over the past year, local efforts have been underway to draft updates to Ellington’s Plan of Conservation and Development (Plan) - a policy document that guides land use, development patterns, preservation strategies, and capital investments for certain infrastructure and community facilities for the next decade.

Hardcopies of draft Plan updates will be available for pick-up at the Town Planner’s Office (57 Main Street), Ellington First Selectman’s Office (55 Main Street), and Hall Memorial Library (93 Main Street) as of April 15, 2019. An electronic copy of draft Plan updates will be posted on the Planning Department’s webpage after April 15th.
