To register to vote in person or by mail:
To register to vote in Ellington or change your voting information (i.e. address, name or party affiliation), pick up a voter registration card at the Registrars' office, Hall Memorial Library or the Town Clerk's Office. You may also get an application online from the Secretary of the State's website, sots.state.ct.us.
